Artisan Betsy Olmsted has introduced a line of zodiac prints to her tea towel collection. Each towel is adorned with the symbol associated with each sign of the zodiac.
Olmsted’s line of towels feature digital prints of her original artwork, which she creates using watercolors and/or gouache ink. While Olmsted has her designs digitally printed in India, the towels are then cut, sewn and finished in her Lancaster, PA-based studio.
Olmsted recently spoke GOURMET INSIDER® at the NY NOW market. She explained that her 100% cotton towels are designed to be both functional and decorative, as customers often hang them as artwork in their homes.
Each tea towel measures 13.5″ x 23″ and has twill hanging loops.
