Product Shipping
We ship via USPS, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground and service is selected per order and based on rate and estimated arrival. Your order will ship within 3-5 days of placement.
Fabric: Our fabric by the yard is printed to order and non-returnable. Please order a swatch before ordering yardage as colors on screen can appear different than in person. There is a 3 yard minimum and a 4-6 lead time. Fabric can be printed in continuous yardage for up to 18 yards and ships directly from the mill rolled on a core.
Wallpaper: Because our wallpaper is printed to order and non returnable, please order a swatch for approval. We also request that your installer measure before ordering yardage to ensure that you have the proper amount for your project. There is 5 yard minimum a 6-8 week lead time for wallpaper orders. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Wallpaper ships directly from the mill
Wholesale: Wholesale merchandise is non-returnable with exception of a production flaw and must be pre-approved by our studio before the return is made. We do our best to inspect all products before they leave our studio, but occasionally a flawed item slips past us. If this happens please email hello@betsyolmsted.com
We encourage you to register with faire.com and order through their wholesale system. Wholesale orders placed through faire.com allows returns within 60 days for non-damaged items as a part of faire.com's return policy, which is independent from the policies of the Betsy Olmsted Studio. Shipping schedules, including backordered items, are easily tracked through the faire.com system.
